Apple’s highly anticipated next iPhone SE could be announced as early as next week, with sales expected to commence later in February, according to Bloomberg. Recent reports indicate that Apple’s inventory of the current iPhone SE is dwindling, suggesting a possible imminent launch of the new model.

The upcoming iPhone SE is rumored to resemble the iPhone 14, featuring a larger display, the removal of Touch ID in favor of Face ID, and powered by an A18 chip that will enable advanced Apple Intelligence features. Notably, Bloomberg highlights that this new phone will be the first to incorporate an in-house cellular modem, and it is set to introduce a USB-C port, which may allow Apple to market the iPhone SE in the EU once again.

These expectations align closely with leaked images and videos purportedly showcasing the next iPhone SE, as reported by leaker Majin Bu. Based on these leaks, the new device is anticipated to feature a single rear camera.

According to Bloomberg, this new iPhone SE will be priced around $500, positioning it above the current 2022 iPhone SE, which starts at $429. Apple has yet to respond to inquiries regarding this product. Reports suggest that rather than hosting a reveal event, the company may opt to announce the new model directly on its website.

This year, in addition to the iPhone SE, Apple is rumored to debut a sleek new device possibly called the “iPhone 17 Air,” and Bloomberg states that the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro will receive significant upgrades.
