A prominent Danish politician has firmly rejected Donald Trump’s controversial plans regarding Greenland in a direct yet profane manner.

Speaking at the European Parliament, Anders Vistisen criticized Trump sharply.

“Dear President Trump, listen very carefully,” Vistisen stated in English.

Donald Trump reiterated his calls for the US to annex Greenland in his first appearance in the Oval Office.

“Greenland has been an integral part of the Danish kingdom for over 800 years. It is not for sale. Let me be clear, Mr. Trump, f— off.”

Vistisen was reprimanded for his choice of words by Vice President Nicolae Stefanuta.

“If the translation was correct, the term you used is not allowed in our House,” he remarked.

“Regardless of our opinions about Mr. Trump, such language is unacceptable.”

It was later revealed that Vistisen might face a fine due to his use of profanity.

Greenland is the biggest island on Earth, but is incredibly sparsely populated.

“Fines for speaking the truth about foreigners and crime! Fines for telling the truth about the Greenlanders! Fines for telling the truth to Trump!” he expressed on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Vistisen is a representative of the far-right Danish People’s Party.

In the Oval Office recently, Trump reiterated his desire to purchase or seize Greenland.

“We need it for international security. I’m confident Denmark will agree — it’s a financial burden for them to maintain it,” Trump asserted.

“Greenland is essential not just for us, but for international security. You have Russian vessels everywhere, as well as Chinese warships — and Denmark is struggling to maintain control over it.”

Múte B. Egede wants independence for Greenland.

Trump’s intentions have drawn criticism from across the political spectrum in both Denmark and Greenland.

As an autonomous territory of Denmark, Greenland’s politicians are actively considering declaring independence.

“We are Greenlanders. We don’t aspire to be Americans, nor do we want to remain Danish. The future of Greenland will be determined by Greenland,” Prime Minister Mute B. Egede stated recently.
