Conversely, greater employee happiness correlates with improved outcomes, as research shows that happiness not only aligns with workplace success but also precedes it.

The shift towards hybrid work has intensified the challenge of forming genuine workplace relationships. This trend is likely here to stay, with 90 percent of businesses planning to maintain a hybrid model, according to Lenovo customer surveys.
