A Texas man filmed himself in a troubling video, using a baby to wipe snow off his car last week, and he is likely to face criminal charges for child endangerment.

According to KBMT, the Port Arthur police and Child Protective Services are investigating the 25-year-old man, whose TikTok video showed him using a 3-month-old infant to clear snow off his Hyundai Elantra. Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso mentioned that the man was with two women when authorities contacted him for questioning.

“We suspect one of them was the mom. They checked on the baby, and fortunately, the baby was just fine,” Duriso explained to the news outlet.

The man, who has not yet been publicly identified, could face charges of child endangerment. KBMT reported that an arrest warrant is expected to be issued this week.
