At CES 2025, LG is unveiling two multifunctional “lifestyle projectors” designed to enhance your living space, although they may not deliver the best picture quality for the price. Both projectors operate on webOS, giving you access to a wide range of streaming applications.
The PF600U combines three devices into one: a full HD projector, Bluetooth speaker, and standing floor lamp. Weighing in at 16 pounds 8 ounces (7.5kg), it features two unspecified speakers and an LED lamp that offers nine colors and five brightness levels.

The PF600U features a 110-degree tilting head and an automatic screen adjustment function, making it easy to adjust the projected image as you reposition the lamp. However, it only produces 300 ANSI lumens of brightness, which means that achieving a clear 1920 x 1080 image requires blackout conditions.

The CineBeam S (model PU615U) is a compact ultra-short throw projector, measuring just 4.3 x 6.3 x 6.3 inches (110 x 160 x 160mm). This projector can be placed mere inches from a wall or, ideally, an Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) screen, delivering a massive 4K image using its RGB laser light source. It includes integrated stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. Although it can produce a brighter 500 ANSI lumen image, it may still appear washed out in environments with ambient light.
Currently, LG has not provided details on pricing, release dates, or availability, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the public demonstration of these projectors in Las Vegas next week.
