In a tragic incident, two adults are fighting for their lives and six children are hospitalized following a minibus crash in the NSW Southern Highlands. The minibus overturned on the Hume Highway at Marulan, near Goulburn, around noon, as reported by NSW Police.
This serious crash prompted an emergency operation, leading to the closure of a busy section of the highway.

The driver, a man in his 50s, and his passengers were trapped inside the vehicle.
More than a dozen good Samaritans quickly rushed to assist in freeing the passengers.
“We jumped out and went over and… there was a girl trapped under the van,” one bystander recounted to 9News. “There were about 12 to 20 of us that were all going waved over and we pushed the van up and flicked it back over and pulled her out.”
A woman in her 30s and a man in his 50s are currently hospitalized in critical condition.
Three teenagers, two boys and a girl, are reported to be in serious but stable condition, while three primary school-aged children have suffered minor injuries and are in stable condition.
The driver has been treated for minor injuries and has been taken to the hospital for mandatory testing.
A number of emergency services are on the scene, and southbound lanes on the Hume Highway will remain closed for an extended period.
