However, due to limited playing time, he underwent multiple loan spells until he found stability at Nice, where he became one of Ligue 1’s most promising defenders.

Jean-Clair Todibo joined West Ham United on loan from Nice in August 2024, with a £34.22 million obligation to buy at the end of the season.
